NG Cotton formed J. Irwin Company in May of 2000 and never looked back, growing the company from 5 employees to over 300 and still rising. NG founded J. Irwin Company with grit, determination and his extraordinary knowledge, experience and leadership in the natural gas construction industry.   Through NG’s leadership the last 13  years, J. Irwin Company has forged dramatic growth and maintained the same quality and attention to detail it had at day one. NG takes special pride on the support he receives from and provides to the JIC employees and strives to make J. Irwin Company a great place to work while still leading the day to day operations of the company, NG is also highly involved in local Bastrop County charities and community events.   It is not unusual to see him volunteering to help those in need in his community.  NG is a board member on the Lion’s club in Paige, TX and volunteers to assist at numerous Lions club events.  NG has imbued J. Irwin Company with a core culture of family and family values.  J.
